Europe: Climate-Optimized Platforms & Digital Infrastructure
We are currently in the exploration phase across Europe. In Southern Europe, we develop climate-optimized solar-plus-storage platforms designed for full off-grid flexibility and early electricity monetization. In Northern Europe, our strategy centers on power-price-driven site selection to build large-scale digital infrastructure for Web3 workloads, with plans to upgrade these sites into advanced AI data centers.

A Dual-Region Infrastructure Strategy
Southern Europe (High-irradiation Hubs, Core: Spain)
We develop climate-optimized solar-plus-storage energy platforms with custom configurations (e.g., 12 MW solar + 28 MWh BESS). Designed for full off-grid flexibility from inception, these assets operate efficiently pre-grid connection; integrating renewable generation, intelligent energy management and digital load consumption enables early electricity monetization, stabilizing cash flow while retaining long-term grid-connected upside. This transforms solar assets into resilient, multi-phase infrastructure investments, breaking traditional development bottlenecks.
Northern Europe
Our strategy is anchored in power-price-driven site selection and data center-focused development, leveraging stable regulation, robust transmission networks and structurally low/negative electricity prices. We secure land and power for large-scale, high-availability digital infrastructure, initially activating sites with dynamic, power-market-responsive flexible compute workloads (e.g., Web3, high-performance processing). As infrastructure and grid connectivity mature, these sites are upgraded to Tier-3+ AI and HPC data centers, converting low-cost energy and industrial real estate into long-term strategic digital assets.
