Japan: Operational & Developmental Photovoltaic Projects
Our Japanese operations feature both operational and under-development photovoltaic power generation projects. We manage nine operational projects across regions like Chiba, Aichi, Hyogo, and Fukushima, which benefit from Japan’s Feed-in Tariff system. Additionally, we have eight low-voltage power stations under development in high-potential areas like Aomori and Akita.
Our Platform in Japan
A Dual-Track Asset Portfolio
Nine Operational Projects
Coverage: Chiba Prefecture, Aichi Prefecture, Hyogo Prefecture, Fukushima Prefecture, and other regions.
Installed Capacity: 0.56 MW – 3.9 MW (DC side).
Key Advantages: Equipped with mainstream high-efficiency modules and inverter equipment, fully compliant with Japanese laws and regulations; most projects are eligible for Japan’s Feed-in Tariff (FIT) system, featuring clear electricity pricing and settlement mechanisms.
Operational Performance: Successfully grid-connected around 2015. Proven through years of operation, they deliver stable power generation, have clear ownership, and ensure long-term predictable cash flow.
Under-Development Projects
8 low-voltage PV power stations
Location: High-potential regions such as Aomori Prefecture and Akita Prefecture.
Scale: Planned MW-class installed capacity with main construction completed.
Business Model: Adopt a market-oriented power trading model with a flexible revenue structure. Upon completion, they will become new cash flow growth drivers, laying out a solid foundation for medium-to-long-term asset appreciation.
